Habibi?
I read on urban dictionary that this translates roughly to "honey" as in a term of endearment. And that it could be used from one guy to another. Is this correct? And can women use it? I have only ever heard men use it in songs

Yes, That's correct. In Arabic, we can use the word "habibi" to a man or a woman.
I knew it's not common to say "dear or honey" between guys, but in Arabic we do. The second part, habibi is a masculine word, but there are some Arabic nouns or adjective can be used for women at all, in the other hand, we cannot use such feminine words to a general way.
