Any body know?
Bobby : I want you to hold it between your knees. <----

Waitress: A number two, chicken sal san—hold the butter, the lettuce, the mayonnaise—and a cup of coffee…anything else?
Bobby: Yeah, now all you have to do is hold the chicken, bring me the toast, gimme the check for the chicken-salad sandwich, and you haven’t broken any rules.
Waitress: [challenging him] You want me to hold the chicken, huh?
Bobby: I want you to hold it between your knees.

I assume this is supposed to be a joke. Maybe I don't get it but it sounds like there may be some more information because they are mentioning "the rules" which are not explained. As far as "holding" goes, it can mean either to remove something from the dish (hold the mayo means no mayo) or hold it physically, like between the legs. It seems like he just wants a piece of toast with his coffee, because if she holds all the ingredients mentioned, toast is all that is left.
