When introducing myself in japanese should i say my name as it is said in Portuguese?
I mean should i use japanese like Migeru (if it is how you say Miguel) or Santos (last name) or say it as it is said in the original language ?

I think you can just say your name as you say it in your language.
Many foreign people I met before said just their names, so you don't necessarily say whole your name.
And if they would not be able to pronounce your name or to understand it,
then, you should say your name like Japanese: "Migeru''
I hope this will help you....
