Hi, when do I use disculpe vs perdón or does it not matter?

Both are the same, but it´s more polite if you say "disculpe"

"Disculpe" and "perdón" are similar, the exact difference depends on the region. On the other hand, "perdone" (or perdona, perdonen, or perdonad) would be much more significant, like one has really committed a serious offense.

Hi there!
Both have the same meaning but at least in Venezuela, "perdón" is more deeper, more intense than "disculpa".
You say "perdón" when you're asking for someone's forgiveness because you did something really bad.
You say "disculpa" in more casual occasions like if you trip with somebody and want to apologize.
