About listening materials I want to practice my listening, but I don't know the right materials. Can you recommend some useful materials? First, I want to tell you I can't use YouTube in my country. And I figured the BBC materials are so difficult to me.

Audiobooks can be helpful. Especially if you can find some that you can read along with. This site might be helpful to you: http://etc.usf.edu/lit2go/ You can read as you listen, it gives you one chapter at a time, and you can browse by "readability" which means you can adjust the difficulty to meet your needs.

Well, to improve your listening skills you need some listening lessons provided with text book. There is a course "Learn Real English Conversations" you can download it via torrent if you are familiar with it :)

The following are audio courses, they are different from each other, some you may like others not so much, but it will depend on your level and previous understanding of grammar. Berlitz Spanish Audio Course, Instant Immersion, Learn Spanish in your Car, Spanish In-flight, Mitchel Thomas Spanish Programme, Pimsleur Spanish Course, Teach Yourself Spanish (this is a course with a book, but the audio can be used independently from the book). I hope this helps you.
