"Both are OK for me!", "Anything would be nice for me." and "All OK for me."..are they make sense?

Yes, they make sense, but "Both are OK for me" makes me think you will take both options together instead of choosing. How about, "Either is OK for me"?

Hi Ruby,
I would be most likely to say, "Both are ok for me.", "All of them are ok/fine with me.", or "Anything is fine.", however, all of your sentences are fine and understandable. They DO make sense.
