Both are correct, although you need to have a lower case (small) letter 'a' for adults in the second sentence.
'However' can go at the beginning or end of a sentence. It can also go in a grammatically appropriate place part-way through a sentence. In all cases, it is important to get your punctuation and capitalisation right.

You would never place "however" at the end of a sentence. However is a conjuctive adverb so it either starts a sentence or will connect two sentences.
Example 2 is the correct one.
