what difference 'go into' and 'go to' ? is the same meaning right?why use preposition? is the meaning emphasis??

"Go to" means you are moving toward a place.
"Go into" specifically means the act of entering the place.
You can say, "I'm going to the store" and this just means that you are heading in the direction of the store.
You can also say, "I'm going into the store." This means you've already arrived at the store, and you are entering the building.
