"I need to take a shower" in Spanish.
Please, please, tell me how to say this. It is so simple, but every book I read explains the grammer of this sentence (badly) but none give the actual example. From what I gather the point is that I shower myself, but I can't see if it's duchar, duchame, duchase, me ducha, or what.
