If you ride a moped, what license do you have? a driving license? Or does it have another name?

I guess yes :)
In Portuguese: "Carta de condução" and we that for drive cars, trucks etc but if is a boat or a airoplane have a different name.

Gillian is correct -- in the USA, we say "drivers license" rather than the British term "driving licence." Such licenses are issued by the individual states. In most states, a moped with 50 cc or less requires no license. Otherwise, licenses are classed, so a motorcyle license is not the same as a car drivers license. The exact legal term varies by state, and usually there is a letter classification system, eg "class A" for typical cars, "class M" for motorcycles, etc.

Hi in the UK it is a Moped Licence :) it is separate to a driving licence. (Licence is UK English, License is US English I believe)
