flabby When you have a sedentary lifestyle, etc., do you usually use "flabby" when you don't have enough force to do something? Example: I've been at home for three weeks in a row. I'm getting to flabby. Thanks:)

'Flabby' is a physical description, and has nothing to with energy levels or attitude. It's the opposite of 'toned' or 'muscular'. 'Flab' is loose flesh, so if someone is 'flabby' they have untoned muscles, and probably excess fat.
