Yes, all of those are appropriate phrases, but you'd normally also refer to the topic in question. For example
Can you update me on the XYZ project?
or
Can you bring me up to speed on what's been happening with XYZ project?
Another expression which comes to mind is 'fill someone in on something'
Can you fill me in on the XYZ project?
