Is this use of "BREEZE IN" correct ? She breezed in 10 minutes before the end. Is this correct ? Thank you :)

Like Ed said, the context suggests that she came in last minute without any regret for being late. to breeze in means to come in with a sort of childish aloofness and carelessness. I hope this helped :)

Assuming you mean she was supposed to be there earlier and came in as if nothing were wrong, yes.
