hiking/trekking When going trekking there are usually "guided paths.we call it routes but what name do you give it in English.? Follow a trek?

We call them trails. "The Applachian Trail is 2,200 miles long and extends from Mount Katahdin in Maine to Springer Mountain in Georgia." "This chart shows the system of blazes on the Bruce Trail." "In recent year, many abandoned railroad rights-of-way have been converted into 'rail-trails.'"

When going hiking here in America, we usually call them "trails" or "marked paths". Hope this helped :)
