Honestly, speaking with natives would be the best way. I try to speak with native Spanish and German speakers whenever possible. Also, do not be worried about making mistakes. This is hard for me, because I do not want to make mistakes, but it helps me to grow. A native speaker will understand that you are learning, so you can't worry about how you sound. Hope this helps.
