Please let me know the meaning or significance of these expressions :

2. tener problemas con el caballo.

They are typical phrases of drug addiction environment.
"Ir a pillar": Action of going to get drugs (heroine, cocaine).
"Caballo" is the same as heroine (called this way by drug addicts).
"Tener problemas con el caballo": To have problems with the heroine.
"Voy a pillar caballo" = I'm going to get some heroine
