Wat's the difference between "like" and "as" and when I should use them? I don't know when I can use "like" and when I can use "as".

Here are some common uses of 'like' and 'as'.: 'Like' means 'similar to'. For example: 'A crocodile is like an allligator.' You also use 'like' to give examples: 'You need to eat more green vegetables, like spinach and broccoli.' 'As' means in the role or capacity of, for example: 'He worked as a cashier in a bank'. 'As' is also used in comparative sentences: I'll come as soon as I can. He's not as tall as his brother. I hope that helps. Please ask again if anything's still not clear.
