يا خراب : literally means " oh ruins " but in the informal Egyptian Arabic it is an expression of deep grief, bad surprise or shock
على مهلك : literally means " slow down " but in the informal Arabic it means " take it easy"
هات كل ما عندك : literally means " give me all you have " but in the informal Arabic it means " tell me all you got" or " bring it on" if in case of challenge
على ما أعتقد : it means "I guess" or " I think so"
These are the closest I can explain, if not enough, they might get you started :)

- يا خراب or يا خرابي is a grief expression in Egyptian slang dialect to be said in times of sudden shock and disasters, it could mean "i'm a dead man/woman" or "i'm losing every thing".
