This is a form which native speakers use a lot, but which is rarely taught. One problem with this construction is that in many cases it can't be directly translated into other languages. 1. Let's look at the meaning first. The sentence means the same as: '"Apparently someone has broken into her flat" or "Apparently her flat has been broken into" So, why don't we simply say one of these sentences? Well, it's all to do with the primary focus of this piece of news. The first sentence, '"Apparently someone has broken into her flat" is in the active voice. The subject of this is 'someone', which isn't really very significant. We don't know or care who this 'someone' is. The second sentence "Apparently her flat has been broken into" is in the passive voice. The subject of this is 'the flat', which isn't really that important either. So, instead, we use the the third way of saying this: ' "Apparently she's had her flat broken into" . This is a way of making the woman the subject of the sentence. After, all it is SHE who is the most important person in this piece of news. 'Why is Jenny so upset?' "Apparently she's had her flat broken into" This puts Jenny in the centre of the picture. 2. Now for the construction: Have + object + past participle. This is the same grammatical form as the causative. We use the causative when a person asks, arranges, or pays for someone to do a job for them, for example, a hairdresser or house painter. For example: She's had her hair cut. She's had her house painted. The sentence you have given is, in some ways, an extended use of this form. We use it when someone does something to something that belongs to you. The hairdresser has cut Jenny's hair = Jenny's had her hair cut Someone has broken into Jenny's flat = Jenny's had her flat broken into. Some other examples where someone has done something bad to something that belongs to someone are: She's had her car stolen. She's had her bag taken. I hope that all makes sense.

she`s had her hair cut Siempre usas esta forma cuando hiciste algo en el pasado, pero no con tus propias manos. Por ejemplo, ir a la peluquería. Allí no cortas tu pelo tú misma sino algún empleado. Entonces la traducción podría ser: Obviamente ella dejó irrumpir en su piso (a alguien).

"Has had" is the form of the verb "have" in present tense form. It is used when an event happened in the past, but the focus of the sentence is still on the present. Therefore, the sentence "She's had her flat broken into." implies that it either recently happened, or that it is used in a context in which the consequences are being discussed, while "She had her flat broken into." implies that it is a finished event without consequences in the present. Example: "She's had her flat broken into yesterday." (present tense) "She's had her flat broken into, and now all her furniture is gone." (present tense)
