"Where did you buy this book" is the best way to say it. "Where have you bought this book" sounds weird. It could suggest that there is more than one place to buy this book. (As in, "Where can you buy this book?")

"Where did you buy this book?" You bought it once. Where was that place?
"Where have you bought this book?" You bought it multiple times. Where were some of the places?
