How to express : My child relies on me? My child is clingy. My child clings to me. My child sticks to me. These are quite negative, like he is bothering me a lot and I really don’t like it. My child leans on me It is more positive. My child relies on me (a lot). It doesn’t sound negative and it sounds like normal behaviour of children. If I want to express that my child always need to stay with me, and for this, I don't feel boredon, and I feel happiness because I love him so much. Should I say: My child relies on me a lot and i feel happiness. Are these right?

I think it sounds fine to say "My child relies on me". Alternatively you could also use "My child depends on me". I agree that calling your child ""clingy" has a bit of a negative connotation.

You are correct about "clingy". When I'm in a bad mood and my daughter needs me a lot, I might say "She is being so clingy!" "She is so needy" can also come across as negative. "She needs me a lot", "he depends on me", "He relies on me", and "He is reliant on me" are not negative. You could also say "My child never wants to leave my side" or "My child always wants to be with me, but I don't mind because I love him so much" Or to use some slang: "My child wants to be with me 24/7, but I don't mind because it makes me happy" :)
