from time to time, now and then, sometimes
What's the difference among "from time to time", "now and then", and "sometimes"?
I don't shopping all the time, I just do it when we need to kill time. so I say:
I go shopping with my friends from time to time.
Now and then I go shopping with my friends .
Sometimes I go shopping with my friends.
Are these 3 right?

Technically yes, but for me, 'from time to time' and 'now and then' happen less often than 'sometimes'.
