No, it seems to have been invented by C. S. Lewis for one of his characters. We can understand it as a kind of "swearing" which is expressive but not offensive or vulgar. No need to take it literally.

No, it doesn't mean anything at all. It's just two random words put together to make an exclamation, showing that the speaker is surprised or angry.
You come across this kind of imaginative expletive quite a lot, particularly in books from the late 19th and early to mid 20th century.
