What are some "filler" words and phrases used in Japanese?

yeah うんうん un or unun
mm hmm えーとorえーっと eeto or eetto

えと/あの... (um)
なんか (like (I'd recommend doing a little more research into this one)
さぁ (I have no idea what the English equivalent is, kinda softens the tone, with some listening practice it'll make more sense)
あら (often said as あらあら, a female word when someone is pleasantly surprised, like a store clerk seeing a regular customer coming in, the male is possibly おや but I haven't seen that used enough to confidently say it is what it is)
お~ (oh)
もう (kinda like "geez" or *grumble grumble*, different from the "already/anymore" もう)
ああ/うん (mm hm/yeah, like a casual はい/yes when replying to people, I personally love using うん)
Those are some that I can think of.
