Wait in hebrew? How do you tell someone to wait for you in hebrew? Like a command such as, "wait!" If your friends are ahead of you and you want to catch up with them? Also how do you tell someone to hurry up?

Hi! Masculine singular - חכה (Khake) Feminine singular - חכי (Khaki) Masculine/Feminine Plural - חכו (Khakoo) ----------------------- Masculine singular - תזדרז (Tizdarez) Feminine singular - תזדרזי (Tizdarzi) Masculine/Feminine Plural - תזדרזו (Tizdarzoo) A little comment - in hebrew in many cases we use the future form instead of the imperative form. The same in this case - we use the conjugation of להזדרז in the future form when we tell someone to "hurry up", and not the imperative form. But, in the case of לחכות, we do use the imperative form. There isn't really a good explanation why we do this, but you get it through practice. בהצלחה! אביאל
