Does "going back and fourth" means to talke each other all the time?
And could you explain how do you use the phrase?

The expression is 'back and forth'. It means 'backwards and forwards'.
It is the same idea as 'up and down' or 'in and out', indicating a repeated movement from one place to another and back again.
The spelling 'fourth' means 4th.
