"Should" は  "〜するべき" "〜した方がいい"  
という意味があります。
I should  は "私は〜しなくてはいけない" "私は〜するべき" 
You should は "〜するべきです" "〜した方がいいよ" 
と日本語でいうことがおおいです。
 
I should go to bed.   私は寝た方がいい。
You should learn Japanese.   あなたは日本語を勉強するべきです。

"Will you "  は " 〜してくれませんか？" 
 Will you help me?  手伝ってくれませんか？
