I live in Nicaragua, for me is very difficult to learn English very well if you dont have a person for practice its. For example I have studied in several english school and even I havent achieved speking and listening very well.

Maybe you can't learn to speak exactly as a native.But I do have a friend who is from Denmark and his English is even better than many native speakers I know.This is because he loves English very much and he reads many books and is continually improving his vocabulary.He is a teacher of English and is one of the most well read people I know.So I think it is possible for some people to reach a very high standard in a foreign language if they are motivated and work hard.
