"For not having given up" Am I correct ? Is it grammatically correct: "For not having given up, she was arreted ?" Thanks in advance.

In this context, you need to write "give herself up". "Give up" can have a different meaning if there isn't a reflexive pronoun. Even then, the grammar is very awkward. It's more natural to write something like, "Because she refused to give herself up, she was arrested."
