"Less stronger" is incorrect. "Less strong" is correct. For example: for making bicycle frames, carbon fiber is strong; aluminum is less strong.

Less strong is correct, but many would say "weaker" instead if "less strong."

Hi Madhusudan, It would be good to know the sentence but....... Generally one would say "weaker" , "not as strong" or something has "less strength" Hope this helps :-)
