I am not sure where you can find them online with subtitles. But I can suggest you to watch Am kürzeren Ende der Sonnenallee and das Leben der Anderen.

If you plan to learn German you want German movies with GERMAN subs. English subs are useless as they are often very different from what's actually said. Last movie I saw: Feuchtgebiete Which was, äh, mhm, well.... special. It had funny moments though. Didn't read the book, excerpts I heard were too disgusting.
