Here's how to say those expressions in Italian (in the same order as you put them):
Quanti/ quante? (plural for countable nouns)
Quanto/quanta? (singular for uncountable nouns)
Quanto lontano? (distance meaning) / Fino a che punto? (metaphoric meaning)
Quanto a lungo? (but "how long does it take?" becomes "quanto dura?" with the verb "durare" meaning "to last")
Quanto spesso? (where "spesso", wich can have 2 different meanings in Italian, means "frequent", not "thick")
Quanto alto? (referred to people)
Quanto alto? (referred to things)
Quanto profondo?
Quanto ampio? (N.B. in Italian we don't use "ampio" meaning "wide" for clothes sizes, we use "largo")
Quanto pesante?
Quanto vecchio? (N.B. in Italian asking "quanto vecchio sei?" meaning "how old are you?" is unpolite, we usually ask the age of people in years: "quanti anni hai?", which may be translated in "how many years have you got?")
Hope to have helped you a bit at least...
