What is the difference between "gracioso" and "divertido"?
I know they both mean funny, but in what context do you use them?

I do concur with DavidM; it is a good rule of thumb if you think of “gracioso” as funny and “divertido” as fun.
Jane is a funny girl, but Mary is a fun girl.
I guess Gracioso is used to describe something comical while Divertido is used to describe something that gives you a good time.
Hope this helps!

"grasioso" is when something provokes you to laugh, and "divertido" is just when something makes you happy.

The film is fun -> La película es divertida.
The film is funny -> La película es graciosa.

"gracioso" it's how you call someone or something but in an informal way, and "divertido" it's the same but a little more formal.
