I have a peanut allergy
그래서 [저는] 땅콩을 못 먹어요.

Eating peanuts, I can't do it.
Well, grammatically OK. But that's not a normal expression. Some of people, sometimes, say like that, though.
The following sentence is a normal expression usually used.
땅콩(-을) 못 먹어요
I can't eat peanuts.
