I'm in between jobs / I'm between jobs.
I saw both of them on the internet.
Which is correct? Or if both are right, is there a difference on the meaning?

They are both correct, and in this context, there is no difference.

The are both correct, and sometimes they mean the same thing. Otherwise the difference in meaning is little: http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/learner/between
