none of which vs none of whom. Which is correct? I have 3 children, 'none of whom/none of which' are overweight

both are correct, but "whom" can only be used for people.

It has to be 'none of whom', because 'whom' is used for human beings.

none of whom is proper english, as they have stated you are referring to a person or people so whom would be proper.
