What's the difference between 'most of Korean people, most Korean people, most of the Korean people'
What's the difference between 'most of Korean people, most Korean people, most of the Korean people'
For example, most of Korean people love Korean cuisine, most of the Korean people love Korean cuisine, most Korean people love Korean cuisine
Can any one of you tell me the difference between them? I would be glad to know it!
Thanks a lot for your help in advance!

"most of Korean people" - wrong - never say this. Either "most" or "most of the/my/your etc"
"Most Korean people speak Korean as their native language"
["most" modifies "all" Koreans]
"I used to visit New Malden in London. Most of the Korean people who now live in New Malden speak English very well and their children are native English-speakers."
["most of the" modifies the specific group of Koreans I am talking about]
