What's the difference between those animals?
In fact I struggle between the Hen and the chick, I don't get the difference.

They are all the same animal. A rooster is an adult male. A hen is an adult female. A chick is a baby. A Chicken is the name of the animal, and covers all of those, but commonly is used to mean a hen.
