"le le" is the colloquial form for 'take it', spoken to someone in an informal way or to someone younger than yourself "le lo" is the less colloquial form for 'take it'. Earlier used for only peers and/or people younger to you, it now is also being used for elders. This usage is considered as rude though, if used with elders. The formal form is "le lijiye". "de de" is the colloquial form for "give it". The same usage as "le le" "de do" is the less colloquial form for "give it". The same usage as "le lo". The formal form is "de dijiye".
