Which one is right? or Are the two sentences good? 1)Many are furious that the Fish and Wild life Service insists on fining and prosecuting any rancher caught wolf hunting. 2)Many are furious that the Fish and Wild life Service insists on fining and prosecuting any rancher caught in hunting wolf. Which one is right? or Are the two sentences good? Please help me! Thanks!!

The first one is right, except that "Wild life" is probably one word - you should check it. You can talk about "wolf-hunting" (note the -) or "hunting wolves". "Caught in" is wrong here - just "caught" is right.

I would say the first one is correct. But the second sentence will be correct if you change wolf to the plural 'wolves'. 'Wolf hunting' is an activity people are doing. 'Hunting wolves' is what the people are doing exactly. So you must say they are hunting more than one wolf. I hope this helps.
