그래서, 그러니까, 그러다보니 all can be translated as "So"/ "Therefore" . There's also "그러므로", which is the same as the above. These represent the consequence of an action. Here are some examples to help you understand better.
"나는 어제 저녁밥을 급하게 먹었다. 그래서 배가 아팠다."
= I ate dinner too fast. So, my stomach hurt.
"그러니까 이전의 모든 일들은 중요하지 않습니다."
= So everything before, that doesn't count.
"그러다 보니/ 그러다 보니까/ 그러고 보니, 그가 약속을 어겼어요."
= Come to think of it, he didn't keep his promise.
