Arm vs. Hand
Please, explain me the difference between "an arm" and "a hand". I think that 'an arm' - is a the part between the shoulder and the wrist. So a hand ISN'T the part of an arm? A hand is the end of an arm.

Yes, you are correct! A hand is just the part at the end of your arm! If you describe something that is done with arms and hands, however, since you can't separate them of course, use the word "arm." For example, if you give somebody a hug, you say that you put your arms around them.
I hope this was helpful!
