The most common way to say this is "教えてくれる約束ですよね" (Oshietekureru yakusoku desuyone) But it depends on the context.

I think you can say something like this. (あなたは) わたしに 日本語 を 教えようと 約束 しましたん ですよ . (anatawa) watashi ni nihongo wo oshieyouto yakusoku shimashitan desuyo. (あなたは) わたしに 日本語を 教えようと 約束 しました んですよ .  You to me Japanese to teach promise made (ending) But maybe someone will present a better sentence (I am not a native Japanese speaker).
