Does the words endorsement and restriction have the meaning of flight ticket? Thanks in advance.
If they are, are they used often by native people?

"Endorsement" and "restriction" are words used in many contexts.
Regarding flights, your ticket will probably "restrict" you in various ways e.g. if you have a stopover, you may not be able to go through passport control.
Perhaps your travel documents might be "endorsed" by passport control to approve your entry into the country, according to certain conditions.
There are various possible ways in which the words could be used, depending on the context.
