The most common form will be: "Father came this morning." This describes an event in the past that's finished.
"Father has come this morning..." is not a complete sentence. We would need more information, for example, "Father has come this morning to fix the car."
'Has come' is present perfect and can describe an event in the past that has consequences for the present.
