How to pronounced "conscious" dictionary writen the kɒnʃəs but I heard kɒntʃəs

The dictionary is right but, like Rielle says, you will hear the other and something in between the two, especially in quick or lazy speech. I can hear myself saying both.
If I wanted to speak more clearly and properly, I would say it like in the dictionary. The "n" is voiced and the "ʃ" is not, so you have to concentrate a little more to stop vocalising when you hit the ʃ.

Both are right, it depends on where you are from. I'm a New Zealander and I would usually say something between the two.
