I was only able to translate some of the following-- wondering if anyone could help me clarity the rest. Thanks.

وهناك أقوال أخرى، إن أول من قام بشتكيل القرآن ونقطه ه، أبو الأسود الدؤلي بأمد من عبد الملك بن مروان. والامام الشيطي له
رواية تقول: إن من الذين اشتركوا في نقط المصحف وتشكيله الحسن البصري ويحيى بن يعمد.
قال تعالى في محكم التنزيل: "إنا نحن نزلنا الذكر وإنا له لحافظون" وسيبقي محفوظا بإذنه تعالى. وتحيا اللغة العربية ويحيا سيبويه.. ويسقط المؤلف.
It is also said that the first Qu'aran was formed and vocalized by Ibn Aswad at the command of Abd Almalak bin Marwan.
And the Imam AlSutur relates the following story:_______

...and imam Alshaiti reports that among those who had contributed to the Vocalization and(    ?    ) of the Quran were Alhassan Albasri and Yahya bin Yaamed.Allah the highest says in the holy Quran,"We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it" and by the god will, it will still so..long live Arabic and long live Siebaweh..(  ?   )

I hope this translation helps..Yet,I'm not really sure about the tenses and there are some words I couldn't translate :(
