I agree with the others here. You should practice however you can. However, an important part of practicing is having your mistakes corrected. Ask for people to check your English and make sure you let them know that criticism and corrections are appreciated!

There are no tricks to learn any language. Everyone has their own way of developing their skills, find out what suits you. Practice makes perfect.
