That's an expression of amazement. The implication is that after you've seen this thing, there is nothing that could surprise you.

I think is: Ahora lo veo todo! You use it when you haven't got things very clearly about a tropic and they explain you that thing specifically, and then you understand everything is like NOW I'VE SEEN EVERYTHING or that's how I would interpretate in Spanish....
