No. In some provinces, the predominant language is English and in others, it's French. Many people are bilingual but many are not.

Hi Anna! I'll try to answer your question. :) So, almost all Canadians speak English; just a small percentage of Quebecois speak only French. These people are found mostly in less touristic areas of Quebec. Also, the majority of Quebecois speak French. Infact, it is Quebec's only official language. It's spoken and taught in schools, and there are even language laws to make sure businesses are using the language correctly. Hope this has helped! Autumn
